These terms apply to anyone registering a freelancer account on the Sarwin HR Freelance portal ("the Platform"), operated by Sarwin HR Solutions. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate, current information — your name, city, phone number, skills, and portfolio must genuinely represent you and your work.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- One account per individual. You may list multiple skill profiles under a single account, but you may not create duplicate accounts to circumvent the annual fee.
2. What the Platform is — and isn't
The Platform is a discovery and messaging tool. We connect you with members looking to hire, and we unlock your contact details to paying members so they can reach you directly. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction you enter into with a member. Pricing, scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment for your work are matters between you and the client — Sarwin HR Solutions does not mediate, guarantee, escrow, or enforce those arrangements.
3. Your content and portfolio
You retain ownership of everything you upload — descriptions, images, PDFs, and linked work. By uploading it, you confirm you have the right to share it publicly and you grant us the licence needed to display it on the Platform. Don't upload work that isn't yours, or content that infringes someone else's copyright.
4. Fees and renewal
Your account requires an active ₹199/year payment to remain visible in search. Renewal is manual — we do not auto-charge your payment method. See our Pricing and Refund Policy pages for details.
5. Acceptable use
- No misrepresenting your identity, skills, or past work.
- No harassment, abusive messages, or spam directed at members.
- No posting contact details, payment-redirect links, or off-platform solicitation inside profile fields intended for other content.
- No attempting to scrape, resell, or bulk-extract data from the Platform.
6. Suspension and termination
We may disable a profile or account that violates these terms, contains fraudulent information, or is the subject of credible complaints from members. Where practical we'll tell you why. You can stop using the Platform and let your account lapse at any time; see our Refund Policy for what that does and doesn't entitle you to.
7. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee you'll receive a certain number of leads, messages, or hires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarwin HR Solutions is not liable for disputes, non-payment, or damages arising from your dealings with a member.
8. Safety and getting paid
Sarwin HR Solutions does not verify the identity, background, or genuineness of hiring members — accounts are self-registered. Treat a new client with the same caution you would anywhere else: agree on scope, price, and payment schedule in writing before starting, and consider milestone or partial-advance payments rather than doing the full job on trust. Never share OTPs, passwords, or banking credentials with anyone contacting you through the Platform — Sarwin staff and genuine members will never ask for these. If a member doesn't pay as agreed or misuses your personal details, report it via Support; we review every report and can suspend accounts that violate these terms, though we cannot recover funds on your behalf as we are not a party to your payment arrangement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Sarwin HR Solutions is registered.
