How does Sarwin HR Freelance work for freelancers?
You create an account, build one or more skill profiles with your portfolio, and pay a flat ₹199/year to activate. Once active, your profiles are searchable by hiring clients across Coimbatore, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, the rest of Tamil Nadu and pan-India — no bidding, no commission.
How much does it cost to list as a freelancer?
A flat ₹199/year (special price, regular price ₹399) covers your account and every skill profile under it — a photographer who also edits video can list both for the same fee.
Is there a commission on what I earn?
No. We don't take a percentage of any project you land. The ₹199/year account fee is the only amount you ever pay us.
Which cities do you serve?
We're headquartered in Coimbatore and cover all of Tamil Nadu, with strong reach in Chennai, Bengaluru and Mumbai, plus pan-India coverage — freelancers from any city in India can list, and remote work is supported too.
What happens if my account lapses?
Your profiles are hidden from public search until you renew — nothing is deleted, and your data, portfolio and messages stay intact. Renewing reactivates every profile under your account immediately.
How do clients contact me?
A hiring client unlocks your phone number and messaging once they pay for access on their side. You always control what's on your profile; we never share your contact details for free.
Can I upload work samples?
Yes — photos, videos, PDF/Word documents and links, all on every profile at no extra cost.
How do I get paid for a project?
Directly by the client — we're a listing and introduction platform, not an escrow or payment processor for project work. Payment terms are between you and the client.
