These terms apply to anyone registering a member account to hire freelancers on the Sarwin HR Freelance portal ("the Platform"), operated by Sarwin HR Solutions. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account, including job posts and messages sent from it.
2. What the Platform is — and isn't
The Platform is a discovery and messaging tool that unlocks freelancer contact details for a fee. We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a freelancer. Scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and payment for work are matters between you and the freelancer directly — Sarwin HR Solutions does not mediate, escrow, guarantee outcomes, or enforce those arrangements.
3. Using unlocked contact details
When you unlock a freelancer's contact details, you agree to use them only to evaluate and discuss potential work. Contact details unlocked through the Platform may not be scraped, resold, added to marketing lists, or shared with third parties.
4. Posting requirements
Job posts must describe genuine work you intend to hire for. Posts are published immediately without prior review, but we may remove any post that is fraudulent, discriminatory, unrelated to freelance work, or otherwise violates these terms.
5. Fees and renewal
Unlocking contact details requires an active ₹399/180-day payment. Renewal is manual — we do not auto-charge your payment method. See our Pricing and Refund Policy pages for details.
6. Acceptable use
- No harassment, abusive messages, or spam directed at freelancers.
- No using the Platform to solicit freelancers for anything other than genuine freelance work.
- No attempting to scrape, resell, or bulk-extract freelancer data.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is the subject of credible complaints from freelancers, including misuse of unlocked contact details.
8. Working with freelancers safely
Sarwin HR Solutions does not test, verify, or certify any freelancer's skills, identity, or background — profiles are self-created and self-reported. Before committing to a project, review a freelancer's portfolio, ratings, and reviews, and consider a small paid trial task for larger engagements.
Payment for work is made directly to the freelancer (bank transfer, UPI, or however you agree) — Sarwin HR Solutions is not involved in and does not process, hold, or guarantee project payments. A freelancer asking for an advance is a private arrangement between the two of you; we recommend paying in milestones rather than in full upfront, and agreeing scope and deliverables in writing before work begins.
We are also not responsible for how a freelancer handles project information you share with them off the Platform — use discretion, share sensitive details gradually, and consider a written confidentiality agreement for sensitive work. If a freelancer takes payment without delivering, misrepresents their skills, or misbehaves, report it via Support with details and message history; we review every report and can suspend accounts that violate these terms, though we cannot recover funds on your behalf as we are not a party to your payment arrangement.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the quality, availability, or reliability of any freelancer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarwin HR Solutions is not liable for disputes, non-delivery, or damages arising from your dealings with a freelancer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Sarwin HR Solutions is registered.
